Fee Structure

For Equity Portfolios
Market Value of Assets Managed

• Annually on first $5 million asset basis – Annual Fee: 0.75%
• Annually on next $20 million asset basis – Annual Fee: 0.50%
• Annually on assets in excess of $25 million – Annual Fee: 0.40%

For Fixed Income Portfolios
Market Value of Assets Managed

• Annually on asset basis – Annual Fee: 0.35%
