WOMEN WITH VISION 2018
Women with Vision is a moment which is targeted to create a support and appreciation system for women who are working on their field. Event had 10 Major Category where there were 54 nominees and finally Jury which was headed by Shanti Chadda announced final winner taking into consideration of their contribution and dedication on their field.

as role model for Women with Vision where they have contributed their flagship and dedication to society. Moving to 2018, Women with vision. Program was started from January 2018 where RSTCA Foundation started to collect nominations all across the nation via research, call for nominations and approaching various Women with Vision who had done contribution to their society. RSTCA has been working since 2014 to promote skills based training, entrepreneurs support, Investment support and management consulting support to many business house in Nepal.RSTCA Foundation representative Mr. Saswot Raj Sharma, says ” Women represent 51% and majority of population of Nepal. To grow a nation and change its paradigm there need to be unity and respect for Ethical and Hard working people. With this concept we have Jury, Nominees and Ambassador who have done huge contribution to our society and award is just a way to unite all and make entrepreneurship flourish via networking and healthy competition.”
Event had Ms. Nikita Chandak as Goodwill Ambassador and there were Rojina Shrestha, Sahara Basnet, Shraddha Prasai, Sugairka Shrestha, Sushmita Sapkota representing Celebrities who were cheering the winners and making them feel proud.Winners of the program were,
